Bill co-founded Syngas Products. He is an entrepreneur with a wealth of experience across multiple sectors, including waste management, renewables, property and leisure.
Bill started his career in sand and gravel extraction through his family owned company, W H White plc. This company went on to develop significant landfill-based waste management activities in Poole and became the principal waste facility serving Dorset.
He further diversified the waste management activities to include construction waste recycling, large-scale organic waste composting, mechanical and biological treatment (MBT) plants and various forms of renewable energy generation.
Mark joined Bill’s management team in 2004 to provide experience in financial strategy and fundraising to enable expansion of a national network of MBT facilities. He subsequently became more actively involved in the business and held various posts until he became Managing Director of NEAT, now Syngas Products Group Ltd, in 2012. Mark is a co-founder of Syngas Products.
With a background in finance, over the years Mark has run several businesses as well as acting in a Non-Executive capacity to various high growth early stage companies providing assistance in; developing strategies for expansion or diversification, creating workable financial models as well as practical experience in raising trading capital.
Shaun was appointed Finance Director in December 2014, having previously occupied senior Project and Corporate Finance roles within Syngas Products and a regional UK waste management company.
Prior to entering the waste and renewables sectors, he worked for Deloitte for eight years within their Corporate Finance Advisory team providing a wide range of fundraising advice to growth businesses, private equity investors and management teams.
He has substantial experience in securing funding for growth businesses at both a parent company level and a project level. Shaun is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
Mark is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and Technical Director at Syngas Products Group with responsibility for design, research and technology development.
Mark has 20 years’ experience in Research and Development varying from combustion plant (Hamworthy Combustion Ltd), gas turbines (Bowman Power), plasma arc technology (Tetronics Ltd) and other cleantech and renewable energy technologies such as anaerobic digestion, solar power and biomass boiler district heating systems.
Adrian was appointed Finance Director of NEAT, now Syngas Products, in 2013, having previously worked with Bill Riddle and Mark Scobie since 2005. In January 2015, he became a Non-Executive Director of Syngas Products.
For over twenty years Adrian has held a number of high profile roles, within finance and general management, for growth driven, public service orientated businesses. He has considerable experience in fast moving, multi-site, branded businesses and has specialised in identifying appropriate financing facilities to deliver the growth strategies demanded by the businesses in which he has been involved.
